Wuollet Bakery is a long-standing Twin Cities bakery known for its specialty bread, cakes, pastries, and signature tortes with six retail locations.

Desiring to expand product development, enhance production efficiency and create a customer experience space, Wuollet Bakery selected a 3.2 acre site on the Saint Paul Port Authority’s Beacon Bluff campus for the new facility.

This building combines a new 48,000 sq. ft. production facility on the lower level and a 5,000 sq. ft. retail/test kitchen above.
