McLaughlin Gormley King Company (MGK®) is a Minnesota-based insecticide maker, founded in 1902. To accommodate its growing workforce and create a more updated, efficient environment for employee engagement and product development, MGK moved operations to an 2-story existing building.
Much of the existing lab and production environments in the building were retained with minimal updates. The 50,000 sq. ft. of existing office space located on both floors was gutted and rebuilt to meet MGK’s needs and brand. The office build-out creates private and open work zones along with conference rooms, training, break room and fitness center.
