MNCREW Celebration Awards: Empowering Women Recognition

Our firm is grateful to be formally recognized for our commitment to elevating and supporting women. Last night, the MNCREW Celebration Awards announced Pope Architects as the winner in the Empowering Women, Company category.
The MNCREW Celebration Awards honor the women who contribute to commercial real estate success in Minnesota. These awards recognize outstanding women who have displayed leadership, an understanding of the industry and have been a positive influence within their own firms and the greater industry.
Pope Architects’ company culture is focused on hard work and collaboration as we work together to create environments that enhance lives. We place a high value on inclusivity and diversity and are proud that women comprise 45% of our leadership and 50% of our overall staff.
As a firm we also seek out partnerships with women in the construction and commercial real estate industry. Our most impactful partnerships are when we can work together to create environments that empower and support women. These partnerships have included designing environments for organizations like CornerHouse, Meridian Behavioral Health, ResCare, Tubman, and Volunteers of America.
