71 France wins MADACS award from MN Multi Housing Association

The 71 France housing project was honored with 2016 MADACS award for Best Floor Plan 1 Bedroom/1 Bedroom Den category by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA).

On September 23, MHA hosted the MADACS awards, recognizing superior contributions to the multi housing industry. The awards recognize owners and associates who have made significant contributions to multi housing marketing and management through exemplary achievements.

71 France was developed by Schafer Richardson and completed in three phases, with the final phase opening in May 2016.  71 France is owned by an affiliate of Schafer Richardson in partnership with IRET properties and Lund Food Holdings. Pope Architects was the architect and interior designer and Kraus-Anderson Construction Company was the builder.
