The new Presbyterian Homes & Services’ new Woodland Hill campus is designed to capture its wooded, hillside surroundings. The exterior amenities and interior design help connect residents to nature. Amenities include extensive walking paths, outdoor patios, a fire pit, market/bistro, restaurant-style dining and wellness studio.
The new community is designed to complement the HealthPartners Hudson Hospital. The project also includes a medical suite for DaVita Dialysis clinic to expand comprehensive health services for the area.
Pope Architects was the architect and master planner for the campus growth. Interior design provided by Senior Lifestyle Design.
"We are building on the strong relationship we share with HealthPartners. Our efforts with Hudson Hospital & Clinic and DaVita will translate into support and choices for older adults in the St. Croix Valley now and into the future."
