Pope Architects partnered with St. Croix Lutheran Academy to amend the campus master plan, and to design a new dormitory for its resident students.

The dormitory features a 45,000 sq. ft., 4-level building at the south end of the campus. It attaches directly to the existing structure to provide for security and convenience for students. The new dormitory houses over 150 students with 72 2-bedroom suites. It also includes six dorm leader apartments.

Pope Architects is also working with St. Croix Lutheran Academy on the next phase of the master plan — a new fine arts center.
