Highcrest II & III are sister state-of-the-art speculative bulk-distribution buildings developed on the former 360,000 sq. ft. property of the Minnesota Technology Exchange.

The buildings share a 180-foot-deep truck court and are designed with flexibility for single and multi-tenant opportunities with 40-by-50-foot column spacing, 32-foot clear heights, 52 dock-high doors, and six curtain wall entrances.
