Baxter, Minnesota is near the Brainerd Lakes Area which is a tourist destination with over 465 lakes in a 30-minute radius. To provide more retail options for residents and visitors, H.J. Development purchased a 9 acre site and teamed with Pope Design Group to design a new 90,000 sq. ft. retail center.
The new building includes Dick’s Sporting Goods, PetSmart, T.J. Maxx, and Ulta Beauty. The design team worked closely with H.J. Development, city officials, tenant representatives and the builder to create a seamless solution for the new site.
