The CAPP mixed use development is located on the Blue Line and near Minnehaha Regional Park. It replaces an existing warehouse, weaving retail and housing uses together with a “high quality, pedestrian-focused urban streetscape”.

The development features 148 market rate apartments above underground parking, and street-level retail including a 46,400 sq. ft. grocery store.
