Principals

Pope Associates is managed and owned by six Principals. The group is quite diverse in its training, education and project experience; and it is that diversity that is foundational to the firm's continued growth and success. The group works together under the leadership of Jon Pope, the Firm's founder and President. One of the six Principals assumes final authority and responsibility for each project the firm designs.


 
 
Jon R. Pope, AIA
President, Principal
Jon R. Pope Jon Pope founded Pope Associates with his father Bob in 1974. His leadership has helped us to become one of the most diverse and successful firms in the state. As President, Jon's focus is strategic planning, business development and master planning. Jon holds licenses in Minnesota and 33 other states.
Paul Holmes, AIA, LEED AP
Vice President, Principal
Paul Holmes Paul Holmes combines more than 25 years of experience in both design and commercial construction to lead many of the firm's education, worship, office and advanced technology projects. Paul also oversees Business Development and IT activities.
Randal L. Peek, AIA
Principal
Randal L. Peek As an in-house team leader, Randy Peek is responsible for project budgeting, scheduling and management of the projects within his workgroup. Drawing upon more than 24 years of experience, Randy focuses his talents on industrial, office, retail, education and institutional projects, and also oversees HR activities within the firm.
Daniel M. Klecker, AIA

Daniel M. Klecker One of two original employees, Dan Klecker has been an integral part of the firm's
operation since its inception. Besides project management, Dan is responsible for the management of technical operations
within the firm.

Tom Kuck Tom Kuck is a creative architect with over 25 years of experience and a focus in healthcare. His background both as a consultant and staff member of healthcare providers gives him a mature understanding of our clients? functional needs, regulatory requirements and financial goals.
Ward Isaacson, AIA, LEED AP
Principal
Steven R. Doughty Ward Isaacson's 16 year career has focused on the design of all levels of senior housing projects, condominiums, market-rate housing and healthcare projects. As Pope Associates housing team leader, Ward oversees the design, documentation, and construction administration of all housing projects.
