Pope Architects’ culture is customer-focused, collaborative, and driven by achieving great results for our clients, rather than design awards for ourselves. The primary measure of project success is client satisfaction. We have a reputation for listening well, and responding with creative, well crafted and practical solutions.
We are unique, fun, hard-working and energetic, and we enjoy making our environment a welcoming place for clients to visit and an enriching place for staff to work.
We are all about doing a great job while having fun. Our firm fosters an entrepreneurial spirit and encourages staff to be leaders on projects (as well as on the Pope softball team). On any given day in our office you can find staff attending a continuing education seminar, competing in a bocce ball tournament, or gathering to offer a design critique of a new project.
“I think Pope has a very unique culture — a casual, supportive, fun office environment that is fostered from upper management down.”
– Katrina Liesener, Interior Designer
“I like that many people here socialize outside of the office. Sort of says that we’re not just here to work, but we come to hang out with our friends too. We just happen to be very busy working too!”
– Jeff Miersch, BIM Coordinator
“I really like the office culture. It’s relaxed and everyone is really helpful and nice. I also enjoy the cookouts and other activities which help build a team environment.”
– Kristen Reihl, Intern
